-
Whether it’s your first trail ride or your fifth, preparation is key! We recommend bringing lawn chairs, coolers, plenty of water or drinks, food, tents, cash, personal wipes, hand sanitizer, boots, hats, shades, sunscreen, clack fans, and electric fans.
Be ready for long wait times entering and exiting parking areas—so come with patience and a full tank of gas. Expect little to no cell service at many locations, so plan ahead and stay connected with your group in advance.
Always pay close attention to the details on the event flyer and check for any updates shared by the host. If you have questions, reach out to the event host directly—they’re the best source for accurate, real-time info. Some rides are rain or shine, while others may shift based on weather or other factors, so stay informed before you saddle up!

If you would like to have your event featured on our page, please contact us and send a clear image of the flyer along with a caption, if available.
The caption should include the event title, date, time, full address, contact information, and any important details attendees need to know. You’re also welcome to send us a collaboration tag if you choose to post it on Instagram yourself. Feel free to reach out to us for instruction on how to do a collaboration post.
Featured flyers are free and will be posted twice—once to announce the event and again closer to the date. If you’d like to promote your flyer further or boost visibility for an upcoming event, please contact us to discuss payment options for advertisement.

Georgia Trail Rides shares information about upcoming events but does not manage vendor bookings directly. If you're interested in vending at a specific event, we recommend reaching out to the event host directly—their contact info is usually listed on the flyer or in the event caption.
To increase your visibility, we invite you to join our Vendor Directory, which is housed on our website and shared with hosts looking for trusted services. It’s free to join through December 1st. After that, a one-time fee of $25 per service will apply.
Vendor types include (but aren’t limited to): caterers, food trucks, DJs, event hosts, live bands, solo musicians, artists, horseback riding instructors, portable restroom providers, sound and equipment rental services, golf cart rentals, water suppliers, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, custom apparel creators, and other relevant service providers. To join, just fill out the vendor form linked on our site.
